Bible Study Opportunities

United Methodist Women
United Methodist Women is a mission outreach of the church. The women take seriously God’s call to clothe, feed, visit and care for God’s people both in the local community and around the world.
They undertake many fundraising projects such as pie sales, faggot sales and spaghetti dinners to raise money for mission opportunities.
They also sponsor a Veteran’s Luncheon and a summer meal at Neighborhood Center allowing them to have a direct hands-on impact on the people they serve. They use their gifts to make quilts for the homeless and assemble health and school kits for Mission Central.
The women also attend to their spiritual growth through study and devotions that focus on social and spiritual needs around the world. And they take part in the conference Reading Program which includes books with various mission emphases.
This outreach is open to any woman who has a heart for ministering according to God’s call.
